PYQKOSH – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PYQKOSH website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using PYQKOSH, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. About PYQKOSH
PYQKOSH is an online exam-preparation platform that provides:
- Topic-wise and subject-wise Previous Year Questions (PYQs)
- Structured exam analysis
- Practice modules
- Performance tracking tools
- Exam-focused study resources
The platform supports aspirants preparing for examinations such as:
- UPSC Civil Services Examination
- SSC CGL
- IBPS PO
- Various State-level Public Service Commission and other competitive examinations
PYQKOSH may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at its sole discretion.
2. User Registration & Account Responsibility
By registering on PYQKOSH, you agree:
- To provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- To maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
- To be fully responsible for all activities under your account.
- Not to share your account with friends, relatives, or any third party.
- To update your information whenever required.
- Account Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team at team@pyqkosh.com.
PYQKOSH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in misuse, credential sharing, or policy violations.
3. Communications Consent
By creating an account, you consent to receive:
- Account-related notifications
- Transactional emails
- Important updates regarding services
- Promotional communications (you may opt out of promotional emails anytime)
This applies irrespective of DND/DNC registration, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
PYQKOSH may offer:
- Monthly plans
- Quarterly plans
- Annual plans
- Special limited-time access plans
Pricing may change at any time at our discretion.
4.2 Payment Processing
Platform Payments: PYQKOSH does not process payments within the mobile application. All purchases and subscription activations are completed exclusively via the official PYQKOSH website through integrated third-party payment gateways.
By making a purchase, you authorize one-time or recurring billing (where applicable) and agree to the terms of our third-party payment processors.
PYQKOSH is not responsible for payment errors, failures, or security issues caused by third-party payment providers.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
🔒 Transparent Access Policy
Since PYQKOSH offers instant access to digital content and structured resources, all purchases are generally considered final once access is granted.
- All subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once activated.
- We recommend reviewing the available free content and platform features before purchasing.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be considered exclusively in cases of:
- Technical failures where the user is unable to access content after successful payment (unresolved within 72 hours).
- Accidental duplicate payments for the same service plan.
Refund requests for the above exceptions must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

6. Free Trials (If Applicable)
If a free trial is offered:
- It may automatically convert into a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Cancellation must be done before the trial expiry date.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on PYQKOSH including:
- Question classification systems
- Topic-wise structuring
- Data analytics
- Platform UI/UX
- Branding and logos
are the exclusive intellectual property of PYQKOSH unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or redistribute content.
- Create a competing platform using PYQKOSH’s structured content.
- Use automated bots or scraping tools.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Misrepresent affiliation with PYQKOSH.
- Violate any applicable law of India.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
9. No Guarantee of Exam Success
PYQKOSH provides structured preparation tools. However:
- We do not guarantee exam qualification.
- We do not guarantee rank, score, or selection.
- Performance depends on individual effort and preparation.
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis.
10. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability
While we strive for excellence, PYQKOSH does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PYQKOSH shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Service downtime or technical glitches
- Examination failure
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.
11. Termination
PYQKOSH may suspend or terminate access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For misuse of content
- For fraudulent activity
- Or at its sole discretion
Certain provisions (IP rights, liability limitations, indemnification) will survive termination.
12. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by the PYQKOSH Privacy Policy, which outlines our practices including data collection, storage, and usage. By using our service, you acknowledge our data practices as described therein.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
15. Changes to Terms
PYQKOSH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
