PYQKOSH – Acceptable Use Policy

PYQKOSH provides an online platform to help aspirants prepare systematically for competitive examinations through Previous Year Questions (PYQs), topic-wise analysis, and exam-focused resources.

To ensure a safe, reliable, and productive learning environment for all users, you agree to use the platform in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy.

1. User Content Restrictions

You agree that you will not post, upload, share, or transmit any content that:

Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate for an academic learning environment;
Promotes violence, self-harm, harassment, bullying, or emotional distress;
Encourages harm, injury, loss, or damage to any person, property, or animal;
Exploits or harms minors in any manner, including requesting personal information from children;
Violates any applicable law, regulation, or examination authority guidelines;
Is hateful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, or offensive based on caste, religion, gender, ethnicity, nationality, or disability;
Contains false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information;
Infringes any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyrighted exam content, trademarks, or proprietary materials;
Violates privacy or publicity rights of any individual;
Contains confidential or restricted material that you are not legally authorized to share;
Attempts to leak, distribute, or solicit copyrighted coaching material, paid content, or exam papers unlawfully.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using PYQKOSH:

Platform Misuse

Copy, reproduce, redistribute, mirror, frame, or commercially exploit any part of PYQKOSH without prior written permission;
Use automated tools such as bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data mining software to extract content;
Attempt to bypass paywalls, authentication systems, or usage restrictions;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code;
Interfere with platform performance, including sending viruses, malware, spam, or overloading servers.

Account Misuse

Share your login credentials with any other person;
Use another user’s account without authorization;
Collect or store personal information of other users without consent;
Impersonate any person, coaching institute, government authority, or examination body;
Create multiple accounts to abuse trial features or manipulate analytics.

Commercial & Competitive Misuse

Use PYQKOSH content to create a competing platform;
Republish PYQKOSH’s structured PYQ analysis, classification, tagging system, or data for commercial purposes;
Use the platform for unauthorized advertising, affiliate promotion, or lead generation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available on PYQKOSH, including but not limited to:

Question categorization systems
Topic-wise breakdowns
Analytics dashboards
UI/UX structure
Branding, logo, and design

is the intellectual property of PYQKOSH unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Enforcement & Termination

PYQKOSH reserves the right to:

Remove any user content at its sole discretion;
Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts without prior notice if this policy is violated;
Restrict access to certain features;
Take legal action where necessary.

We are not obligated to provide prior warning before account suspension in cases of serious violations.

5. Updates to Policy

PYQKOSH may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
